DESCRIPTION:The Chamber of Manitowoc County in partnership with University of Wisconsin-Green Bay\, Manitowoc Campus\, Lakeland University and Lakeshore Technical college are pleased to offer ADVANCED LEADERSHIP: Educate. Empower. Elevate.  This exciting new program has been developed for the mid to senior-level managers\, nonprofit administrators\, and entrepreneurs seeking advanced leadership and communications skills to move their careers and organizations forward.  Each session will be taught by instructors from the partner colleges.\n\n\n\nBUILDING NETWORKS\n\nTheresa Lindstrom\, Lakeshore Technical College\n\n\n\nTaking action to establish and maintain connections with people outside one's formal work group\, including those outside the organization who are willing and able to provide the information\, ideas\, expertise\, and/or influence needed to achieve work goals.\n\n\n\nLearning Outcomes:\n\n	Identifies networking opportunities.\n	Reaches out to expand contacts.\n	Leverages network contacts.\n	Maintains network relationships.
