Description
The Chamber of Manitowoc County in partnership with University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Manitowoc Campus, Lakeland University and Lakeshore Technical college are pleased to offer ADVANCED LEADERSHIP: Educate. Empower. Elevate. This exciting new program has been developed for the mid to senior-level managers, nonprofit administrators, and entrepreneurs seeking advanced leadership and communications skills to move their careers and organizations forward. Each session will be taught by instructors from the partner colleges.

About Kelly: Kelly Gonzalez has more than 15 years of talent development experience in multiple industries. She has a master’s degree in training and organizational development from the University of Wisconsin Stout. Throughout her career she’s held positions in all aspects of talent development including instructional design, facilitation, and 7 years of progressive leadership. Kelly also is the former president of the Kentuckian chapter of the Association for Talent Development. She specializes in learning strategy, leadership development and professional growth and skill development.
In addition to helping people develop skills, Kelly also helps individuals, couples and families buy and sell homes as a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty. She is especially passionate about helping first-time home buyers navigate the process of purchasing their own home for the first time.
Kelly lives in Manitowoc with her husband, dog and two cats. She’s a bonus-mom to 4 incredible kids and is an enthusiastic Mimi to one grandson.
