The Chamber of Manitowoc County in partnership with University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Manitowoc Campus, Lakeland University and Lakeshore Technical college are pleased to offer ADVANCED LEADERSHIP: Educate. Empower. Elevate. This exciting new program has been developed for the mid to senior-level managers, nonprofit administrators, and entrepreneurs seeking advanced leadership and communications skills to move their careers and organizations forward. Each session will be taught by instructors from the partner colleges.
COMMUNICATION & NEGOTIATION

Anyone in a leadership position need solid negotiation skills. Whether it’s negotiating an employee’s or your own salary or the terms of a partnership, you must be confident in your negotiation strategies as a leader. Learn the difference between negotiation and compromise. Deliver a solution that everyone can agree on and maintain relationships. In today’s changing world, there is a need for leaders to have the acumen to mediate conversations in order to ensure win-win solutions.

About Sheri: Sheri Treu is the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Menasha Corporation with over 20 years of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Her responsibilities at Menasha Corporation include focusing on developing a people first culture and championing the Equity, Inclusion and Diversity space.
Sheri is a certified professional coach with her ACC from the ICF, has a Master’s Degree in Learning and Organizational Development and an adjunct professor for Lakeland University. She is also actively involved on the Advisory Board for the Institute for Women’s Leadership at UWGB.
