Speakers Bios:
David Obermann is a Commercial Insurance Advisor with Ansay & Associates (Green Bay and Manitowoc) specializing in worker's compensation. David has over 15 years of sales, employee and project management experience. He graduated from the UW-Milwaukee School of Business and is a certified Work Comp Advisor. David lives in Green Bay with his wife Angie and is an avid golfer and duck hunter.
Brian Graf, PT, DPT has been a licensed physical therapist for eight years and held a variety of direct roles in direct patient care and leadership throughout the Midwest region. Previous work experience includes leadership positions with for-profit and not-for-profit entities including Concentra, Physiotherapy Associates and Select Medical. He is currently serving as the Administrative Director of the Musculoskeletal Service Line with Holy Family Memorial. He has a passion for acute injury care, particularly as it pertains to creating a collaborative relationship with patients to improve their function and achieve their goals. As a leader Brian is dedicated to improving the quality and efficacy of medical care and is excited to do so in the Manitowoc Community.
Denise Greathouse represents management clients in regard to labor and employment matters. Clients in sectors such as construction, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, food, and education turn to her for informed guidance on matters involving: OSHA and MSHA issues, including investigating, defending citations and assisting with abatement. Workplace investigations, including defending claims regarding matters including discrimination, Title IX, harassment, theft, suspicion of drugs at the workplace, whistleblower complaints, labor arbitration, employement tort, and breach of contract lawsuits, unemployment insurance appeals, employee separation/termination matters, unemployment, compensation matters, workmen's compensation matters. Employee safety and health. Medicare/Medicaid billing disputes and Social Security disability. Denise brings a valuable perspective to her counsel in these areas as the result of her previous work as Assistant District Attorney with Waukesha County District Attorney's Office.
