Business Connects with Government Lun...
Description
Mental Health and the Workplace
Program Agenda:
- Report from Kristi Irving, MA, LPC, CCTP, Counselor, Lakeshore Technical College on observations about what challenges mental health presents to the workforce and the challenges in addressing them from a provider perspective.
- Report from Rep. Paul Tittl as to what the state is doing legislatively and policy-wise to help with the challenges in addressing mental health including more resources for treatment and access to health care.
- General updates from any local officials in attendance
Business Connects with Government is the perfect opportunity to stay abreast of issues at the local, state and federal levels of government. Both elected and government officials are invited to attend to provide Chamber members with an update from their respective areas of representation.
Business Connects with Government Luncheons provide a venue to inform and educate our community by hosting speakers on topics important to our members. Opinions expressed by speakers do not necessarily reflect the position of The Chamber of Manitowoc County or its members.
