Business Leaders Roundtable Group
Description
All business leaders, of businesses of any size, shape or form, are invited to participate in the NEW, Business Leaders Round Table Group. This is a Round Table group that will begin meeting in November 2016, and meet every other month, on the second Thursday of the month. This is a confidential setting for business leaders to share their best practices with other business leaders. All participants will be required to have a signed Confidentiality Agreement on file at The Chamber.
A typical Business Leaders Round Table Group meeting format/agenda will look like this:
Introductions
Guest Speaker Presentation
Q&A, and facilitated discussion with Guest Speaker
Open Forum for Discussion on any Additional Topics
Brainstorming of Future Topic/Speakers
The next Business Leaders Roundtable group on Thursday, November 10, will feature a presentation on the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) - and what you need to know, now that the December 1 deadline is fast approaching. Do you have all your bases covered, or are you missing key elements? There is still time to make changes to your plans if you need to. Hear from HR expert, Rick Balzan, Schenck SC, as he goes over all of the aspects you need to have covered (and think about) going into the deadline. Follow up discussion will be facilitated.
