When it comes to being a tasting expert, there really is but one question that you need to ask yourself: just how smart is your mouth?! Give your taste buds a workout in “Face the Flavor: After Dark,” an Adult-Only (ages 21-and-over) culinary competition taking place at PetSkull Brewing Company! Do you know a radish from a turnip? Or balsamic from apple vinegar? Face-off on Thursday, January 30, from 6-8 PM in a tournament of blind taste testing that can only have one winner! And should you emerge victorious in this single-elimination competition, you will be richly rewarded with a $25 gift certificate courtesy of PetSkull! Since various foods will be present, please be sure to answer the required question about allergies. Registration is required to become a contestant during “Face the Flavor: After Dark,” but there is no registration fee.
