Join us for a free energizing class of Walk led by certified instructors. The session will end with a quick wellness tip from a certified Froedtert Fitness Instructor and every class you attend enters you into a drawing for a free personal training session or massage! Open to all ages and fitness levels—bring your water, and your family for some feel-good movement in the great outdoors!
