Golf Outing

Description

Get ready to tee off at the Chamber’s Annual Golf Outing! This event is a day filled with sunshine (well most of the time!) golf, banter, and good times with pals and coworkers. This event is a hot ticket, so reserve your spot before it's gone. All skill levels are welcome – let's make this golf day legendary!


EAGLE SPONSORSHIP | $1,900 (1, REMAINING - only three non-competing businesses allowed at this level, email: abbey@chambermanitowoccounty.org if you are interested.)

• Your logo will be displayed as primary sponsor on golf invitation, flag sticks, event brochure, and all event-related emails.
• 2-Foursomes
• Mulligans (2 per player)
• 1-Hole Sponsorship
• Special VIP parking spots with your corporate name

• Hole Sponsors will be assigned an arrival time and we will notify you of your arrival time one week prior to the golf outing.
• Hole Sponsors are assigned their hole, and assignments will not be made available until the day of the event at check-in. If special accommodations need to be made in regards to dietary needs, health and/or safety, please contact Melissa Radandt at The Chamber (920) 684-5575 or email melissa@chambermanitowoccounty.org.  

• If you will be in need of a table and/or 2 chairs at your hole, please indicate this (in the comments section) when registering online.
• It is recommended all hole sponsors bring their own “comfy” lawn chairs for the day.  
• Games/Activities:
  • Each sponsor is asked to limit their activity to one game or contest that lasts no longer than a few minutes.  Please be sure to keep the play of golf moving. 
  • All game/activity supplies need to be supplied by the sponsor.
  • Games or contests that involve cash prizes are prohibited.
  • You will be asked to bring any drawing/giveaway prize and winner name/number to the raffle station, when you have concluded your day, to be posted there.
• If you are giving golfers gifts at your hole, plan for 144 golfers. Please no Golf towels, golf tees, or bags; golfers already receive these items in their registration, courtesy of our event sponsors. 
• If you would like to offer beer or alcoholic beverages to the golfers, please call Autumn Ridge Golf Course and make arrangements to purchase from them. No carry-in alcohol is allowed.
