The Manitowoc Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group office has just completed a 650 sq. ft. addition with a state-of-the-art conference room and training center used for weekly meetings as well as for holding webinars, ethics training and orientation for new and existing members of the Manitowoc County Board of Realtors. The new addition will also hold real estate classes so that those interested in getting licensed in real estate have somewhere more local and convenient to go. The space will also be utilized for investment seminars and charitable organizations that need a space to use.
