The current job market poses significant challenges for area organizations and the demographic of job seekers is changing. Presenters will share recent data from local employers and candidates so that job fairs are a more effective use of time. Recruiters need to connect with the passer-by and encourage applications at fairs – but how can employers be more creative in their approach. This session will help individuals draw candidates in so you can reduce your time-to-hire! We will also explore how experiential education can be an effective recruitment tool.
