Description
Addiction can be a challenging topic to discuss with children and teens. In this free, public SOAR workshop, kids ages 6 through 15 will:
- Participate in fun, age-appropriate, and culturally sensitive activities while learning about substance use, stigma, and resiliency.
- Gain coping and resiliency skills like meditation, mindfulness, and yoga.
