Description
Sound/Gong Bath at their new expansion space (5151 Expo Drive) SoundspaceUSA. 6:30pm to 7:45 pm. The fee would be $10 and up to 20 people can attend.

Indulge in a truly transformative experience with Gina Armstrong, as she leads you through a soothing and immersive sound bath class while floating on a SoundCloud. You will be cocooned in a warm blanket of sound as the soothing vibrations from the Peter Hess singing bowls & gong wash over you, helping you to release stress and quieten the mind. Gina's expertise in the art of sound therapy, will guide you through a thoughtful and intentional experience.
Regular Price is $25 to $50 per person.
Additional Instructions: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class so you have time to settle in so we can begin at the specified time of class. Bring your own banket, water bottle and pillow if needed to be as comfortable as possible. Please do not wear belts, pins or buttons or anything sharp or that could puncture an air tube. We ask that everyone wear clean, comfortable unscented clothing.
If you are a few minutes later than class time, please come in quietly so you do not disturb the others in the class.
