We can all help to prevent suicide, a leading cause of death in the United Sates. In times of change it seems particularly important to protect the most vulnerable among us, but more difficult as well.

Donna Firman, a full-time volunteer suicide prevention advocate, will give practical advice on identifying suicide risk, talking openly about it to reduce risk and the local resources available to help.
