Description
TEENS! Join Chef Andrew Dunbar in crafting custom cups of cocoa from 6-7:30 PM on Thursday, December 12, in Manitowoc Public Library’s Balkansky Community Room. Experiment with sweet (or spicy!) and taste test to find the best. Bragging rights and a serious sugar rush included. All supplies will be provided. Festive outfits encouraged.
