Description
The Early Childhood Care Benefit: A Workforce Solution for Manitowoc County Employers!
The Early Childhood Care & Education Consortium of Manitowoc County is hosting an informational Early Childhood Care Benefit Program Webinar on April 4th, at 10am via Zoom. This program is designed to breakdown the barrier to employment and assist in the attraction and retention of your current and future workforce. This innovative program, the core of a Workforce Innovation Grant application, will increase the capacity of our current daycare providers and offer incentives for employers to offer their employees a childcare benefit that compliments the list of current employee benefits.
As an early adopter, Sachin Shivaram, CEO of Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry will join Ashley Bender, United Way Manitowoc County and members of the consortium for introduction to this innovative new program. Register now to receive your Zoom link for the presentation.
