David Spiegelberg, Travel Wisconsin Regional Tourism Specialist, will visit Manitowoc to present a Customer Service Training.
 

What does your welcome mat look like? What is your visitor preparedness strategy? These are just two of the many questions that will be answered through Travel Wisconsin's customer service initiative. We know that all of the good marketing in the world won't make a bit of difference if your customer does not have an exceptional experience in your destination, at your business or in your region. Travel Wisconsin wants to help you be the best you can be in all of your customer interactions.
 

Attracting visitors to our region requires a clear message about the experiences we offer. Providing great destinations begins with providing great customer service. Join us for a discussion about marketing to today's travelers, the Travel Wisconsin brand messaging, expectations of resort visitors, and the basics of welcoming guests when they arrive at our doorstep.
 

Great customer service leads to many benefits. Not only will you gain trust with your current customers, they will also become a wonderful marketing tool as ambassadors as they spread the word about your business to other potential visitors. Whether in person, or on social media, the word travels fast. And, whether it's positive or negative feedback about a product or service, people are freely sharing their experiences.

There is no cost to attend and all are welcome to register! Businesses are welcome to register as many employees and leaders as they desire. Please complete your registration by Friday, June 24.
