Webinar: Curious about Cryptocurrenc...
Description
Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, blockchain, DeFi, digital currencies, NFT?s. What is cryptocurrency and what are all these buzzwords you may have been hearing about recently? Join me in this webinar as we explore at a basic level the what, why, and how of this world-altering technology that is only in its infancy. Secondly, I will share ways large corporations, like Tesla, and small businesses, like Eis Implement, are utilizing cryptocurrencies to improve their balance sheets, cashflow and further diversify income streams. I will also briefly discuss blockchain technology and how companies like Walmart and IBM are using it to revolutionize logistics and data tracking. If time permits I can briefly talk about NFT?s too. Lastly, I will share some ways for you and/or your company to get started and some of the apps, and exchanges that I am personally using.
When you register please submit any questions you may have. I will try to shape the presentation to answer some of the more popular questions to the best of my ability.
About the Presenter:
Hi, I am Jon Eis. I am co-owner/COO of Eis Implement, a family-owned John Deere dealership in Two Rivers, WI. I am also co-owner of Dreaming Field Farm, a family-owned organic hemp farm in Two Rivers, WI. I am not a cryptocurrency expert or a financial advisor. I am a curious and driven entrepreneur. I like to approach everything with an open mind and a willingness to learn. As a casual retail investor for over 20 years I was suspicious of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in the early days. In mid-2020 I put Bitcoin on my radar and started learning about it. By the Fall of 2020 I really became interested and started looking at ways to enter the space. I began personally investing in cryptocurrencies at the beginning of 2021 and when multiple corporations began putting Bitcoin on their balance sheets I figured why can?t Eis Implement do the same?
