What You'll Do:

• Customer Engagement: Be the friendly face welcoming customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Cash Management: Handle cash transactions with accuracy and maintain your cash drawer efficiently.
• Transaction Handling: Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with ease.
• Issue Resolution: Quickly and professionally address any discrepancies or customer issues.
• Technical Proficiency: Use our banking software to manage transactions and customer accounts effectively.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior financial service experience required.
• Basic math and computer skills are essential.
• Customer service experience is a plus, and cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:

Our branch operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, providing a balanced work week.
