Job Title:   Accreditation and Evaluation Coordinator
Employment Classification: Management (Exempt Position) ~ $58,517-$75,022
Reports To:   Vice President of Strategy
Location:     Lakeshore Technical College – Cleveland, WI

Employment and Work Schedule: 52-week management contract
    Flexible day/evening/weekend hours based upon needs of the college
The Accreditation and Evaluation Coordinator has primary responsibility to ensure effective coordination under the direction of the VP of Strategy for Program and Service Evaluation and Accreditation. Provide data to support the college for data requirements related to accreditation, programs, and services. Perform statistical analysis on data sets. Manage curriculum software to ensure compliance with college’s curriculum policies. Perform queries of relational databases to address organizational data needs.

Job Description
• Coordinate college's accreditation activities and documentation.
• Ensure effective enumeration of the accreditation requirements; creating reports and facilitating accreditation; and providing data support and monitoring progress.
• Identify accreditation deficiencies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments and programs throughout the College to fulfill accreditation requirements as well as prepare for and host accreditation site visits.
• Ensure key stakeholders understand the accreditation process, standards, and expectations.
• Conduct research and analysis of accreditation rules and make recommendations in order to maintain compliance with each accreditor.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining the Higher Learning Commission online assurance system including to keep current the evidence documents.
• Coordinate the instruction and services review processes, plans, and documentation.
• Manage the process for systematic review and evaluation of the program and service performance process adopted by the College, including the development and monitoring of outcomes and integration of action plans with the college planning processes for improvement based on the assessment of those outcomes and plans.
• Identify, design, and execute quantitative, qualitative and survey research projects such as program performance reviews and program needs studies, providing input on design, development, and implementation.
• Coordinate new, suspending, and discontinuance program process including initial research, occupational and competitive analysis, labor market trends, focus group meetings, employer needs surveys and related summary reports, as well as working with the Deans submitting required documentation to LTC Board and WTCS System.
• Utilize Cognos and relational databases to develop operational and executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Analyze, evaluate, logically interpret, and summarize large data sets from various sources.
• Direct college-wide initiatives for curriculum design and development.
• Provide administrative and support of Worldwide Instructional Design System (WIDS) software. Provide consultation and training to faculty for using the software.
• Manage curriculum review and approval and assure compliance with the college’s curriculum policies.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis for program and service evaluation as well as overall college planning and outcomes assessment.
• Provide 5 Star Customer Service throughout every interaction.

Managerial Responsibilities
Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws to include: develop plan(s) and budget for department; address staff and student issues in an effective and timely manner; be an active advocate for LTC in the community; and be active in the college by serving on committees.

Education, Training, and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with three to five years of occupational experience in higher education and/or research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is required.
• Ability to utilize advanced functions in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, external data sources, conditional formatting, and various data functions.
• Familiarity with querying relational databases – experience with SQL is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Reporting Tools; i.e., Cognos and PeopleSoft is preferred.
