Job Description

Lakeside Foods, Inc. is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager. Reporting to the VP of HR, this position is responsible for the planning and management of the organization’s compensation and benefits program.

Responsibilities include the development and implementation of salary structure and administrative guidelines in accordance with compensation policy, review/preparation of position descriptions, job analysis, assisting in the development of incentive programs and the administration of performance review and merit programs, support for the retirement plans and payroll systems. Additional responsibilities in the area of the health & welfare plans include the implementation and administration of multiple employee benefits programs and their regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 7-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Accounting or Human Resources degree preferred.
