  • Oversee the daily sales operations.
  • Track weekly, monthly results and trends for business forecasting.
  • Establish sales goals and metrics.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints.
  • Meet clients and prospects face to face on a daily basis.
  • Generate a pipeline of potential business prospects.
  • Maintain highest quality standards with all clients including written and verbal follow up.
  • Provide feedback to internal staff about client needs timely.
  • Communicate with District Team Leader weekly on client and prospect progress.
  • Travel out of office is 80% this is not an inside sales position it is business to business focused.
  • Maintain and document all client communication.
  • Schedule , plan and manage appointments.
  • Participate in networking events before, during and after work hours to elevate market presence.
  • Deliver exceptional client service expectations.
  • Promote community recruiting to support client needs including job fairs. expos and presentations. that connect SEEK to potential candidates and clients.


  • Previous experience in B2B sales, customer service, or other related fields.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to connect with people is critical.
  • Be energetic and self motivated.
  • Come to work daily wanting to grow the business and have passion for sales.
  • HS Diploma, BA Degree or equivalent experience required.
