I've spent the last 15+ years supporting privately held businesses all over Wisconsin and the Midwest in talent planning, employee benefits and risk management strategies, supply chain and operational initiatives, all the way up to growing top-line revenue through new business introductions. I love to learn more about employers to explore how I can be a resource for them whether it is in McClone’s wheelhouse or not.
I strongly believe in giving back to and heavily participating in the communities I live, play and work in. Whether mentoring at Big Brothers Big Sisters, being a board member of SHRM and the Bay Area Workforce Development Board, or participating in St. Baldrick’s foundation fundraisers, I like to build awareness for, participate in, and contribute financial resources to countless non-profits on an on-going basis.
