ADRC of the Lakeshore’s SteppingOn Workshop (for Balance and Strength)

Begins April 9th, 2024

Manitowoc, WI:  The ADRC of the Lakeshore presents their SteppingOn Workshop beginning April 9th and running through May 21^st at the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA.

This seven-week falls prevention workshop is designed for individuals who are living at home and want to stay as independent and active as possible. Participants learn strength and balance exercises, ways to identify, remove, and avoid fall hazards in and outside the home, and much more!
