Manitowoc WI., July 1, 2025 –

Ashley Reigles was promoted to Youth Program Coordinator in November 2024. Ashley has been with Ascend for three years and previously held the position of Client Specialist. As the Coordinator of the Youth Program, she has shown comprehensive knowledge and commitment to the care of our clients and mentors, and she has proven herself to be an asset to the Ascend Team. Ashley majored in Occupational Therapy at Fox Valley Technical College and earned an associate degree. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, her dog Franklin, and being outdoors. She can usually be found at home on Sunday mornings, baking in the kitchen. Ashley is also involved in Miracle League of the Lakeshore and Lakeshore Storm Volleyball Club. Lastly, she also has been very busy planning and getting crafty with her sisters and mom for her upcoming wedding in October. 
 

LeAnne Loveless was hired as a Client Case Manager at Ascend Services in November of 2024. As a Case Manager she will be helping clients to identify outcomes and in establishing a plan to help them reach their goals. LeAnne attended the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and earned a bachelor’s degree in social work. LeAnn loves to spend time outdoors especially in her garden with her plants.
 

Logan Rooney was promoted to Employment Services Coordinator at Ascend Services in May 2025. He began his career at Ascend in 2019 as an Employment Connector. Logan majored in Political Science and History at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, earning a bachelor’s degree. In his new role he will oversee the Employment Services Program while continuing to serve clients in the program. Logan is deeply committed to the community. He is passionate about the Wisconsin Maritime Museum and the Cobia Submarine and serves on the museum board. He is also on the Manitowoc Public School District Foundation board. Logan is an avid golfer and loves to spend his free time on the golf course.
 

Kennedy Riemer was hired in April of this year as a Client Case Manager at Ascend Services. As a Case Manager she will play a pivotal role in helping clients to identify outcomes and in establishing a plan to help them reach their goals. Kennedy majored in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, earning a bachelor’s degree. She then pursued a Masters of Thanatology at Edgewood College in Madison. Kennedy is passionate about community involvement, frequently volunteering and participating in local events.
