Felician Village offers class on the basics of dementia and memory loss

MANITOWOC, Wis. (March 1, 2018) – Felician Village will host a free community caregiver class, The Basics: Memory Loss, Dementia and Alzheimer’s, on Wednesday, March 21 at 2 p.m. in the Village Hall at Felician Village, 1635 S. 21st Street, Manitowoc.

The class will explain the difference between normal aging memory changes and more serious memory problems. The class is being held in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association.

This class is being offered as part of several caregiver classes for the community throughout the upcoming year. “Caregiver College” will help caregivers enhance their skills and knowledge of caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease.
