Felician Village to offer identity theft presentation

MANITOWOC, Wis. (March 5, 2018) – Felician Village will host a presentation, “Identity Theft: Protect and Prevent,” by Laura Fay, Agency Liaison for the Wisconsin Bureau of Consumer Protection, on Monday, March 19, at 2:30 p.m. in the Glab Lounge at The Gardens - Felician Village, 1700 S. 18th Street, Manitowoc.

Identity theft is the fastest growing crime in the United States. The more you learn, the less vulnerable you are. Fay will explain different types of identity theft, how to recognize it and how to prevent it, how to safeguard your personal information and spot the red flag scams and will provide information on fraud alerts and security freezes.
