Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital Awards $30,000 to Manitowoc Nonprofits through Community Grant Program
 
The Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital Community Grant Program, launched in July 2024, supports organizations that promote community health through collaborative and evidence-based initiatives targeting Manitowoc County’s priority health needs.
 
The program has announced the recipients of its inaugural grants. Six nonprofits will each receive a share of the $30,000 award to support programs aimed at improving the health and well-being of residents of Manitowoc County. The recipients include:
 

• The Haven
• Lakeshore Community Health Care
• Salvation Army
• Lakeshore Community Action Program
• Grow It Forward
• Northeastern Wisconsin Area Health Education Center

 
 
Applications are reviewed by the Froedtert Hospital Memorial Hospital Community Grant Program Committee, which is made up of leaders from the community and the Froedtert & MCW health network.
