Historical Society hosts fundraiser breakfast Saturday, April 28

On Saturday, April 28, from 8 am to 11 am the Manitowoc County Historical Society will host their 11th Annual Homegrown Heritage Breakfast at their museum campus at 924 Pinecrest Road Manitowoc.  Visitors will discover the variety of quality foods produced in Manitowoc County and celebrate our strong agricultural heritage.  Funds raised at the event will help the Manitowoc County Historical Society in their efforts to preserve and promote local history. 
 
The breakfast will feature a wide variety of food from local producers.  Featured products include: Humpty Dumpty Eggs, Natural Ovens Bakery breads, Newton Meats, Willow Creek Mill pancake mix, Pine River Dairy butter, jams by Creative Cannery, and beverages provided by Kwik Trip and McDonalds. Late’s BBQ is assisting with food preparation. 
 
The cost is $10 for MCHS member Adults, $7 for MCHS member Children 5-17, $15 for Non-member adults, and $10 for non-member children. Under age 5 is free. For more information contact MCHS at (920) 684 – 4445 or visit manitowoccountyhistory.org.
