Lakeshore College President Attends Summit at White House

CLEVELAND, WI – Lakeshore College President Dr. Paul Carlsen was among a select group of community college presidents invited to the “Classroom-to-Career Pathways Summit” held at the White House on Nov. 13. Carlsen joined top government officials, education leaders, and workforce experts from across the country to discuss strategies for aligning education with high-demand careers to better address workforce needs.

 Carlsen’s participation in the summit highlights Lakeshore College’s commitment to providing students with valuable opportunities for career success by strengthening partnerships with the local community and ensuring the college’s programs align with workforce needs.
