The Holy Family Memorial Wellness Center has earned a Facility Certification from the Medical Fitness Association, the country’s leading organization dedicated solely to medically integrated wellness and fitness facilities. This certification represents a significant commitment on the part of the Wellness Center to offer the highest standards of professional expertise and quality programming.

The Medical Fitness Association’s Facility Certification is the first and only certification offered specifically to facilities in the medical fitness industry—an industry that serves over four million members worldwide. Based on the Association’s internationally recognized Standards and Guidelines for Medical Fitness Facilities, the certification process involves an in-depth, on-site review of a facility’s adherence to a set of prescribed standards and guidelines. The certification process is an integral part of ensuring that facilities provide a high level of quality and safety in the programs and services they deliver for them to become fully integrated into the local continuum of health care. About the HFM Wellness Center
The HFM Wellness Center is a fully equipped fitness facility focused on helping individuals improve their health and well-being. The center offers 75 weekly group exercise classes, personal training, and massage services, as well as medically based classes for cancer patients and Parkinson’s patients. Other features include the center’s lap pool, warm water therapy pool, the latest free weight and selectorized equipment, and a multitude of cardiovascular equipment, including treadmills, bikes, ellipticals and stair climbers. The center’s locker rooms offer full shower amenities, digital lockers and a dry sauna.
