MCHS Presents Pints and Plates Fundraiser
 
The Manitowoc County Historical Society, 924 Pinecrest Road, Manitowoc, will hold an evening of local and regional craft beer, wine and food sampling among the historic structures of Pinecrest Historical Village during its Pinecrest Pints and Plates fundraiser on Monday, July 23 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
 
Pinecrest Pints and Plates celebrates the farm-to-table food and craft drink movement with unique dining experiences throughout the museum’s grounds, featuring local food and beverage producers. Guests will enjoy samples from over 15 local businesses including Ahnapee Brewery, Cedar Crest Ice Cream, CNC Links, Cold Country Vines & Wines, Copper State Brewing Co., Gill’s Bar and Grill, Grow it Forward, Heritage Farm/JoAnn Vogel, Manty Malters, Paradise Foods, PetSkull Brewery, Paradise Foods, Pine River Dairy, Sabbatical Brewing Co., and The Hearty Olive.
 
An auction to support local history preservation will also be held with items from local restaurants, the Green Bay Packers, and a special handmade plate auction, made possible by a partnership with Glaze and Paint, Manitowoc.
 
Tickets are $40 before July 23 or $45 the day of, at the door, if not sold out, which includes craft beers, regional wines, food samples from area restaurants, music, a souvenir sampling glass, and a wide array of auction items to win. Guests must be 21 years or older to attend. Tickets may be purchased at MCHS or online at https://www.manitowoccountyhistory.org/programs/pints-plates. The evening is a fundraiser for the Manitowoc County Historical Society, with proceeds benefiting the Society's operations, Education Fund, and Vetting Fund.
