Manitowoc, WI, June 4, 2018—The Manitowoc Public Library Children Services July Programming is scheduled with the following events and dates:
 
Family Activity Night (Tuesdays @ 6:30 pm)
July 3:  Patriotic Party!
July 10:  Beach Day!
July 17:  Talent Show!
July 24:  Campfire Night
July 31:  Harry Potter Birthday Party!
 
Toddler Time (Tuesdays & Wednesdays @ 9:30 am Thursdays @ 6:30 pm geared for the 2 and under set) @ 10:30 am Tuesdays & Wednesdays (geared for the 2 and older set)
July 3-5:  Birthdays!
July 10-12:  Music Around the World
July 17-19:  I Love Trucks!
July 24-26:  Shark Week
July 31-Aug 2:  It’s a Zoo in Here!
 
NEW!  Thursday Evening Baby Lapsit @ 6:30 pm Geared for infants and toddlers under the age of 2 and their adult caregiver.  Baby Lapsit is 20 minutes of stories, songs, rhymes, bounces, parachute activities and bubbles followed by 20 minutes of age appropriate play time.
  
Summer Reading Program—Libraries Rock!
This 8 week program is filled with special guests, fun activities, weekly prizes and READING!  There is still time to sign up!
 
Maker Mondays July 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30 Mondays @ 1:00 pm
Love to tinker, build and create? Can’t get enough computers and coding? Maker Mondays are designed to be hands on and educational in the most fun way possible! Programs are designed for school-age children who can work independently.

Introduction to Angklung July 11 @ 2:00 PM
Krazy Daze  July 14 @ 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM  Get tattooed by your favorite Librarian!
Touch the Trucks!  July 18 @ 2:00 PM  Outside
Glaze and Paint  July 25 @ 2:00 PM  REGISTRATION REQUIRED!
African Instruments with Mary Tooley  August 1 @ 2:00 PM
