MENASHA, WI – On May 4, Goodwill North Central Wisconsin (NCW) and Fox Valley Technical College will celebrate the latest cohort of students to earn educational certificates through the Career EXCELerate program. Individuals receiving certificates will be supported by faculty, friends and family.
