  20 Years of Serving Manitowoc County Homeless  Hope House of Manitowoc County is celebrating 20 years of service to the homeless families. We started in 2005 as a rotating homeless shelter from church to church. This transferred into a location at St Boniface Church for several years. In 2017 the Board made the decision to have a permanent site at 1000 South 35th Street, Manitowoc.  We now have room for 35 individuals in our house.
